26 states already have state-level ERAs. Nevada will be next on that list by adding an inclusive, intersectional, ERA to our constitution.
But, those who oppose equality will not let this happen without a fight and it’s going to take ALL of us to get it passed.

In the November 2022 elections, we will have the opportunity to forever change the law in Nevada by amending Article 1 of our Constitution so that Nevadans' rights aren't denied or abridged on account of race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, ancestry, or national origin.

Adding the ERA to our state constitution has never been more urgent.
Our equal rights, whether it’s LGBTQ+ rights, the right to equal pay, the right to our own bodies, are under attack like never before. By passing the Nevada ERA, we would ensure that Nevadans' equal rights will always be protected.

It's taken years and the work of so many to get this amendment on the ballot and it's critical that we get it over the finish line! As State Senator and indomitable equality advocate Pat Spearman said "We've waited long enough for equal rights to be incorporated in our state constitution.”
